The Foundation Years
Started with a simple observation: traditional budgeting methods weren't working for modern businesses. We began developing activity-based approaches in a small Brisbane office, working with just twelve local companies. The early feedback taught us that businesses needed practical tools, not theoretical frameworks. Those first clients became our testing ground for what would become our signature methodology.
Digital Transformation
The pandemic pushed us online faster than planned. What started as an emergency pivot became our greatest strength. We launched our first digital workshops in March 2021, reaching over 300 participants across Australia and New Zealand. By year's end, we'd helped 89 organizations restructure their budgeting processes entirely. The remote format allowed us to work with mining companies in Western Australia and tech startups in Melbourne simultaneously.
Recognition and Growth
Our methodology gained recognition from the Australian Institute of Management. We expanded our team to include specialists in manufacturing, retail, and service industries. The year brought partnerships with three major accounting firms and the launch of our advanced certification program.
